Fokus ("the App") is a Pomodoro timer and task management application. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
TL;DR We don't collect your personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Fokus does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:
All app data — including your tasks, timer settings, statistics, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use a future cloud backup feature as a Pro subscriber.
Fokus offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Fokus Pro") managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.
Fokus may request permission to send local notifications to alert you when timer sessions end. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and are not sent through any external server.

Fokus does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, it is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
